Hello and welcome to Portfolios Property Management website. My name is Andrew Beales, Managing Director and owner.

First a little history about us, Portfolios commenced trading in 2000 after I had gained experience having managed two large letting agencies both in Northampton and Rugby. I first became involved in the lettings industry in 1995 whilst working on a part time basis and pursuing my rugby career with Northampton Saints.

Today Portfolios is run by myself and my wife Lynn and our Property Manager Christine Sparrow.  We feel that business should be professional but personal and building relationships with tenants and landlords alike ensures the highest customer satisfaction.

Over the years we have all invested in Property and indeed advised many of our clients during the building of their own Portfolio. Our philosophy when managing a property for a client is the same as when making decisions on our own investments. We will not move tenants into your property we would not be happy to have as tenants ourselves.
